International Medical Graduates
The SRPC is excited to announce the development of a comprehensive program designed specifically for International Medical Graduates (IMGs). Recognizing the diverse pathways to licensure in Canada, this program aims to provide IMGs with essential information, access to experienced mentors, webinars, and valuable networking opportunities.
As the requirements for practicing medicine in Canada vary by province or territory, our program will offer resources to help IMGs navigate the process. Additionally, our goal is to provide IMGs with the option to become rural physicians, addressing the shortage of healthcare workers in these areas. We hope to facilitate a smoother transition for IMGs and support their journey towards practicing medicine in Canada.
